Who can use this application?

This mobile application is secure. Only authorized iA Financial Group clients have access to it using a personalized and confidential access code and password.

First time logging in?

You must have an active My Client Space access code in order to log in. If you do not have an active My Client Space access code, please go to My Client Space to register for a new access code or activate your existing access code by choosing a new password and providing answers to your secret questions.

What is My Client Space?

My Client Space is a secure website for iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc.) clients. The content and information it contains and transmits are protected and that access to it is controlled. It can be accessed through the iA Financial Group website at ia.ca or from your dedicated site.

Do I have to read and accept the terms of use?

Yes. The terms of use set out the conditions that apply to transactions carried out using My Client Space and the mobile application. Therefore, it is important that you read them carefully. The terms of use will appear once you have chosen your new password on My Client Space. By clicking on the “I agree” button, you agree to be bound by the terms of use, which then allows you to access My Client Space and the mobile application.

Frequent problems

Did you forget your access code?

You can retrieve your access code online by clicking on the “Need help?” link, located on the login page. You will need to enter the email address linked to your account.

Have you forgotten your password?

You can request a new password online by clicking on the “Need help?” link, located on the login page. You will need to enter your access code and answer a few questions. This will allow us to verify your identity and help us protect the confidentiality of your information. If we are able to identify you correctly, you will be able to access My Client Space and the mobile application again right away.

Is your access locked?

You are entitled to three attempts during the authentication. To protect yourself, if these 3 attempts fail, your access is locked. To unlock it you will need to identify yourself on My Client Space and answer a few questions.
